Surprisingly not. Or rather: We have little in the bank (about £150) but our revenue each month (inc donations) is around £700 and our costs each month only £600... so actually we're OK right now.
I do have to spend just over £200 on a SSL wildcard cert in the near future, which will wipe out the cash reserves... but I can just put that on my credit card and the current cashflow will mean that it catches up by the end of March.
So long as we're not running a major deficit I largely don't mind contributing to cover the short-term cash flow shenanigans.
