I did forget to mention that I have lower back issues, physio hasn't really worked in the past but being totally honest I've never really been persistent with the exercises given. As the weather is improving I, like most of us, am planning to do some longer rides so I guess it's back to stretching for me, I think it's more about getting in to a habit rather than continuing with the 'I'll do them later/after work/before bed/tomorrow' mantra I have been living to.

Actually there's also this.
I think I have a pretty long saddle setback (94mm). I think it's because I have long femurs but not 100% sure.
Anyway that means that the bars have to be pulled backwards so accommodate for that, hence the need for a shorter TT, stem and bar reach or combination thereof.
T-rex doesent really exist; its a rider preference rather than a requirement.
Is your leg at 90º in the first stretch?
How close can you get to the pic in the 2nd pose and hold it?
How long can you hold a plank?
