  • Brian szykowny, who works for Specialized on one-off PR bikes, has been working on a Shiv project that is based on the airflow diagrams from wind tunnel testing.
    There are photos on Chris Riekerts Instagram. Looks pretty cool. They are calling it the FlowShiv.

    Is that the right way around? I thought you wanted a super smooth surface on the front half where the flow is attached, then a roughening midway to delay detachment. Ask @xavierdisley about trip placement :-)
