Just buy plain hubs, take them apart and have them stripped and anodised, £20 should do it.

Who provides such a service?

A1 Anodising Ltd of glorious Crawley, they anodised a SR chainset and chainring for me for £30ish and a frame for my mate (which is now the missusmobile) for £50ish.
