    what are people choosing to eat on the restricted intake days?

  • Do it properly. Eat nothing. Drink water.

  • I usually eat:

    A small bowl of porridge (made with water) and a handful of raisins thrown in (~100 cal)
    Half a pot of soup (~200 cal)
    Other half pot of soup or some cut up turkey breast with salad (~200 cal)

    It's not exactly exciting but i've lost 4.8 kg in 4 weeks.
