Pedants is fine since it is a corner for many pedants to gather, rather than a corner occupied as the personal territory of a singular pedant.

'Pedantry corner' would be the most appropriate, considering that it is a 'place' in which to practise pedantry as opposed to anyone really 'gathering here'.
