The yaw front mech doesn't rub when in the big chainring through any of the rear cassette, high to low.
The problem is in the small chainring. Here there is rubbing on the inside of the front mech when in the lowest (ie biggest) 4 of the cassette.
This rubbing can be removed by rotating the position of the front mech. However, doing this creates rubbing when in the biggest chainring and highest (ie smallest) cassette cog.
Spacing out the cranks is not a solution as the rub is caused by the travel from the rear cassette rather than the chainring.
To my mind the solution is that the front mech needs to drop further in towards the frame. However, it is at the limit of how far it will move in, ie the limit screw is all the way out. As mentioned up thread we've tried using different band-on adaptors to try to move the mech inwards without success.
Has anyone who's set up Force yaw got any suggestions?
So this is where we are at.
