I think it's a Stan Pike
Apparently when he was reaching the end of his days, his sons used to build the frames.
Phillip (PJ) was one of them.
so PJ184 would have been serial # 184 built by PJ PikeThis is PJ111

Anyone got any ideas about this frame? It's currently in a classifieds thread and I've named it named "Mysterious TT lo pro frame".
Frame number PJ I84, and "Shimano SPR" dropouts.
Drilled for hidden rear brake under chainstay bridge.
Plus an interesting mount on the downtube for a single lever. Super aero!
