I was looking into the Windstopper (Bike) Tracker for a while, but couldn't find them discounted (or really in stock) anywhere. There's one place online which has them, but only in fluro and full price. They do look great though.
Using these at the mo: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/gore-bike-wear-power-windstopper-softshell-gloves-1/
So I thought the Ergo Grips with leather etc might be a decent upgrade. Got some size 10's on order so I'll give some feedback later once I'm cycling again. Will probably pair with those Hestra Merino Active liners too. Planning a trip for the spring and want something nice to ride all day, and evenings, in.
No video reviews of that particular model, but found one bike-y photo of the black ones:

"Exclusive outdoor glove with Ergo Grip construction creating pre-curved fingers, minimal excess material, and seams positioned for optimal grip. Durable goat leather on the palm, upper section made of windproof, waterproof and breathable Gore Windstopper Breeze."
Should be warm and durable without sacrificing control, or being too bulky. From a company who only makes gloves. Lots of liner options:

"Merino Wool Liner Active" sounds about right.
