Only 45 minutes over 8 miles of stop start commute. But that's normally enough to freeze my finger tips. Will be doing about 20 miles tomorrow and a 40ish miler on sunday but forecast is a toasty 3-6deg so not really a fair test.

I've now starting to understanding fully how that felt, it's impossible to get my hand warmed up during a start/stop commute.
My commute is similar - today I had craft siberian gloves with a l/s merino baselayer and a transfer jacket. Too hot! Will go back to PTJ tomorrow.
