would you say 650 is the best bet?
650C is very limiting when it comes to wheel and tyre choices, for that reason alone it's best avoided.

650 vs 700 seems to come down to headtube size (?).
would you say 650 is the best bet? seems all the complete bikes come with shitty groupsets.
