There's some dt ones, but I don't see how they'd help. I watched that video, I don't remember him mentioning one.

They don't mention it in the video but the guy mentions the tension and re-does the tension by having it in the little ring position. Having an adjuster just makes that step easier, the yaw derailleurs need a load of tension in the cable to work well, when they do work though, they're really good
