So long as all of the knives are UK carry legal... why would anyone have a problem?
In fact, given that the purpose would be to demonstrate sharpening knives, couldn't you actually bring along all kinds of crazy blades as the law allows you to carry for "good reason".
Anyhow, I should hopefully be receiving a Fallkniven U1 later today... and the Fallkniven DC521 sharpening block... so I would be up for receiving a sharpening demo (though not on the U1, I doubt it will need it so soon).
