so, another death via tipper truck / construction industry vehicle?

reckon there is value from the reporting being specific about the vehicle involved and commissioning company/industry;

Lorry was an old 32 ton roll-on roll-off waste container carrier. Just like the lorries involved in the fatalities at Ludgate Circus in April and October last year. It was loaded with scrap metal for re-cycling

deffo a heavy vehicle by the looks of it (surely an 'HGV'), thx for posting,

the follow-on questions would be: did it have any safety features etc. - in other words, has the commissioning company done all they can to prevent this sort of incident occuring (?);
