First full run in to work. 11.9km. 1:10:04. Not fast but an initial time to improve upon. Aiming to get that down to sub 1h (especially if I want a sub 45m 10k).
Felt very slow but that's actually faster than I thought I'd be. Anything under 6:00/km pace was a bonus for me.
Might need to check the cables under my desk for 30 minutes before lunch though.
