Anyone doing many double run days? I'm going to be doing upto 2x a week to and from work (6.7miles each way short route) and just wondering what effects might kick in & any warning signs to look out for.
Also considering "bike in run home run in bike home" as an alternative. May alternate over time.
It's not as bad as the sum off it's parts. When I've spent time away from running, I find a couple or even three short runs are a lot easier than doing even three quarters of the whole distance at once.
