  • Anyone doing many double run days? I'm going to be doing upto 2x a week to and from work (6.7miles each way short route) and just wondering what effects might kick in & any warning signs to look out for.

    Also considering "bike in run home run in bike home" as an alternative. May alternate over time.

  • It's not as bad as the sum off it's parts. When I've spent time away from running, I find a couple or even three short runs are a lot easier than doing even three quarters of the whole distance at once.

    Might just be me.
