Decided to take advantage of the tailwind and planned on heading to Ipswich at a decent pace with Joeboat. All going well for the first 55miles, until the Garmin decided that taking us through a private airfield was a good idea. Then across a farmers field that was completely bogged us down. A slight detour via Panfield's finest BP jetwash to get rid of the tonnes of mud, leaves and horseshit then we were back on our way.
Annoyingly, the Garmin tried to do this again to us twice, and it was getting pretty bloody cold so we sacked off Ipswich and headed to Colchester instead. In hindsight, it was probably as far either way. Oh, and I forgot to start recording again at one point so missed about 4miles off.
