Dunno what the percentages thing is, but yes - you turn up, mill about a bit, then leg it round the park three times, then go and get a coffee.
I will be there, if it's not pissing down.

What the stuff about percentages on the website?
It's how good you are against the world record pace of someone in your age band.
Wimbledon parkrun for me tomorrow. Didn't destroy my legs too much with today's training.
MUST REMEMBER BARCODE THIS TIME.
