Excellent work @falconvitesse - splendid colour, nice lug lining
Transfers in the right place
531 sticker on rear of seat tube - really???
The mark stevens flickr page is serious gillottporn - good find sir. I've still got the old man's gillott in the shed - every time I see him I pretend to have forgotten all about it! I think I need to get one of my own!

You can make out the outline of the Reynolds transfer in this image on the back of the seattube.
Yes i remember the thread, fixing up the Gillott for your dads birthday. Just keep hold of it, he is sure to forget all about it. -

The drilled brake bridge is definetly an after market job.
Are you sure? It looks exactly like the one in the catalog on page 1 of this topic.

Apologies for the poor photograph, but just a quick update,
i have purchased some GB Coureur early Superhood levers and calipers and awaiting the arrival of a set of shortie mudguards.(there are no eyelets for full size guards on the rear).?
I wouldnt bother with guards albeit i ruined my last Brooks saddle from water getting in underneath due to wheelspray, over waxing and over stretching. -

Yes your right I should have started a new thread but the post makes sense if you read the previous pages in this thread.
Lovely stuff. That headtube. The lugs and badge are just a work of art-deco beauty.
