The first 5 mins of each interval before the ramp starts inspires that 'oh shit there's a really steep hill approaching' feel that you get when outdoors.
Looked at Clarence King, and yes, Gilbert, the one I do, is 4 rather than 6 reps. Did Gilbert again earlier... Doing 6 sets of those ramps just sounds disgusting.
