Have fucked one of my knees at the time... Then rode another 250km which didn't help in the slightest. So it's really fucked now and I've still got 35km to go.

Bolt worked loose I think, I didn't notice because of the rough Road.

Shit, can you not just give it a rest for a while at least? I suppose getting it out of the way makes sense at this point. Take care man, and heal fast.

Thanks man, I just 'need' the 35km to finish the festive 500, so I'll just do it on a different bike today and take it slowly.
