I bought that Klein Aeolus for the girlfriend for Christmas - paid on December the 1st.
Apparently it's been lost, but La Poste, somewhere in Germany.
I've now filed a complaint with PayPal, whom I insisted we used (I paid £15 extra to cover the fee).
The seller charged me 100 euro to post the frame (to some random in Germany, it turns out), will I get that money back as part of the claim?
