My girlfriend is real happy that I'm visiting her everyday until the 31st, little did she know that the ulterior motive is to be able to do 60km a day commuting.

For some reason Strava is not recognising the 65km I did on dec 24 as part of the challenge, anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Add 65km to any ride between now and 31st

Good work everybody! I Managed a cold damp 50km today and yesterday, putting me on 260km. Hopefully I will have time to put in a longer ride over the weekend and get another big chunk towards the total!

Strava are usually pretty helpful but they might be very busy at this time of year.

I've had a ride not recognised when I was doing Rapha Rising but it just appeared as part of the total a couple of days later.

You can either add another 65km on to your riding to get the total/roundel or you can just enjoy the feeling of achievement without it.

Yeah I haven't even joined the challenge in strava terms - but I enjoy the social stuff that we are giving the try a go and the balancing of family expections.

I'm very happy that I'd scheduled today off as if looks properly grim out there. Tomorrow's meant to be a big one, so fingers crossed for brighter times.

I thought I'd go out on the club ride this morning for some easy miles. Nobody else turned up, so they weren't that easy.

Did 42 miles this morning. Just waiting for it to siphon over from Garmin Connect, but I imagine I'll be just shy of 50%.

I did almost 50 miles again today so that puts me at 388 km / 77%.

It was a cold start and there was a bit of slush, ice and snow on the roads but it was a very nice ride. I even bothered to take a picture!

Feet Of Doom.

Was expecting today to be miserable and rainy but instead we had snow last night and a dry day today. Tried some trails in the morning and found every puddle to be an ice rink.

Home, lunch, swap bikes, grab lights, out on NCN Route 6 this afternoon.

Actually managed to get a bit too warm on my ride today which was a good thing.. on the other hand trying to control a road bike in lobster gloves was not so good...

and while its unlikely now that I'll get to 500, it would be nice if Strava could do maths correctly. 79+75 does not equal 125!
