Epic fail

In glorious Reading? I'm in town for a few days but don't think I'm have time to see it in person.

It fails to take in the National Standard for cycling position, and teaches cyclists to put themselves in one of the most dangerous places on the road. It may seem normal but that does not stop it being an utter fail.
