Bad luck on the crash... wet leaves and ice in epping are always sketchy at this time of year. At least it was the bike and not you that needs repairing.
I would look for the cheapest stop gap frame you can get (borrow one if you can) and then take your time plotting the bike you actually want in the right colour and size.
If your set on a custom paint scheme it would make sense to look at manufacturers that offer it as part of the package Vs voiding a dale / cervelo warranty off the bat. I have had issues with cervelo BB shells that failed without good reason. Nice to have the fallback of a new frame.
Cheaper route could be buying a secondhand frame from a smaller manufacturer that will inspect it and refinish it for a fee and transfer the warranty in some cases.
