I can touch my toes at the end of an hour of pilates at the moment, and that's after a year of stretching daily. In about June, I could barely touch my knees. Hopefully in another 6 months I should have even more hip flexibility and hamstring extension, so having ~30mm of spacers at present isn't the worst compromise.
