  • Jean Paul Belmondo's car in L'Homme de Rio (rose avec des etoiles vertes)

  • From what I hear the Pretorius bunch dominated quite a few London races this year.

  • et les roues roses aussi. regard fort (?).

  • (I don't know if that movie is available with sub titles, but I recommend it highly) sorry for the OT comment...

  • Hadn't seen your caad10 thread, nice!

  • pink to orange serotta with green writing is excellent.

  • Anymore pics? Given how fast Talbot build, I assume you have got a few hundred miles on this already...

  • Anymore pics?

    ...or new developments?

  • Fork has been sent off for rack/mudguard mounts to be added, when thats done then whole thing has to be sent to bristol for hoops to work his paint magic, will be a little while longer...

  • hoops doing those for seriously now?

  • Huh, learnt something new everyday.

  • Great paintjob on that Mercian pink/white fade. Any shots of the whole frame?

  • It was discussed in the other topic that the fork mount is for the mudguard, so a low rider might not be a good idea (too low as well).

  • Fair enough

  • I'm not planning to use the a lowrider, and since matt's just told me that my modified fork looks to be lost by parelforce it might be a good shout....

  • Perfect!

Just so you know, I found out that the mudguard mount is underneath the fork crown, for that NAHBS wankery cleaniness.

  • @laner

Where were you having the carbon mods done? I guess you can't attest to their quality of work.

  • have to ask @Dammit about that, they were the only ones who offered a warranty at the time i think, which seeing what can possibly happen on his time machine is a very good thing

  • Need dat fork for my Tarski

  • London Carbon Repairs - I think the chap is on here. Username begins with a V I think.

The work has a good reputation and he gives a years warranty on his work - Ryan is intending on giving him my Time Machine fork to repair/redo.

I popped into Evans and had a look at the Arkose fork, they look ok - I'd assume* that Evans have QC'd them pretty thoroughly, also.

    *yes yes.

  • Still nothing from parcelforce, so highly likely i'll go for the Arkose fork.
Any advice on what front racks will work with this mid-fork mounting? Ideally smallest possible that can still fit a tiny pannier if required @edscoble @spotter
