Finally finished. Need to put a 19 on the back and bring the back wheel in a bit more. Possibly longer stem too.

Haven't they been stocking cinelli for ages ?

They had blue and white vigs earlier in the year and some new & nos components. Can't remember seeing any other frames though.

I'm sourcing parts for my first fixed build, and have my eyes on a Mash Parallax. As a longer-legged fellow, my heart says I might find a longer crank a little comfier.. What are people's experiences of using anything over 165mm?
Pedal strike is my main concern, but overlap too could be an issue. I have size 11 feet, and am looking at the XL frame.

I'd just ignore this long crank lark, the length is only important if you're shorter than the average population.
No reason why 165mm won't be as comfortable as 175mm.

I just keep thinking about this

Crank length has got SFA to do with leg length despite all the pseudo-science, quackery and faux-formulae you'll find on the internet.
Gearing aside, practical considerations such as pedal strike are a valid reason to chose one length over another.

That's good to hear. Thanks to you both

I've got a 56cm Parallax, and I'm a tad under 6ft. I also run 167.5s (An odd size I know). My experience is it's definitely a good length, I haven't striked at all, but then again, I don't tend to lean super far round corners so each to their own.
On a side note, I don't think I have ever been in love with a material object as much as I am with my Parallax.. brb just going to ride it :P

Pedalstrike shouldn't be an issue, but toeoverlap could be with dat 76° headtube.
was just looking at some closeups of the welds on those new histograms... not great for a 800 note frameset.
