Look. Roy Keane/Lord Ferg summed it up much better than you.
It's only Tottenham. -

So let us look at the comparative position of the leading teams in the Championship and the Premier League.
Obviously the Championship has become a one horse race with Derby County galloping away towards the hills:
P19 W10 D5 L4 F35 A19 GD+16 Pts35
In the Premier League, it is a little more open.
P14 W11 D3 L0 F33 A11 GD+22 Pts 36
This shows, quite clearly that with 35 goals for compared with Chelsea's 33, Derby are the more attacking side. Derby obviously have the additional issue of having to play more league games.
The Premier League awaits next year.

And, Damo, to answer your question, why did I chose 19 games and 14 games, this is because, as of this morning, that is how many games each side has played.

Tottenham.Indeed but ManU haven't had a 28 match home winning streak against Tottenham. Every game is a particular joy. Added to which Tottenham vie with Leeds as the most detested team among Chelsea supporters. Some younger Chelsea supporters may not understand the Leeds issue. All understand Tottenham.

Good effort.
Needs error bars.
And some sort of statistical test to confirm whether there is a real significant difference.
Mixing horses with sheep? Lose a point.

The easiest way to predict the answer would be tot up your squad cost, compare it to our squad cost.
And then look at the points.

It will depend. If Derby think that they could win against a second string Chelse, they might put out a full team and go for it. On the other hand Chelsea could well pilut out a strong side in order to ensure a trophy in the bag. If these two strategies coincide it could be interesting
If not it could be our second string against yours.

are Utd so devoid of players that they have to splurge like lottery winners again? Also how does this sit with FFP if they do? Will they fall foul of it?
Looks like Ferguson left the cupboard even barer than was first believed, wonder if this means a revision of Moyes time there.
Indeed, this all makes for enjoyable reading:
