  • @cornelius_blackfoot - clearly the 'allowance' I am making for others is not forcing loud music that may not be to their taste upon them. It's a very simple matter of common decency. I totally agree that choppers wobbling around with headphones in is bloody annoying, but I'm sure people could manage to get from A to B on their commute without music.

  • @Ratty if you were in a confined space, say a tube carriage, train, plane, with no means of escape, I can understand and/or agree with you, but you are on a bike, with many alternative routes and the knowledge that whoever is disturbing you will be gone in a few seconds or you can slow down, speed up, change direction to make the music/noise go away..

  • +1 to that. You don't have a right to be not-annoyed in public. Some people will do annoying things and I'd rather they didn't but when it's as minor as a little music in a busy street, meh, live and let live.
