  • Fair enough, I stand corrected about the on-bike utility of the transfer jacket. I was rather glad of mine walking to a pub for dinner in the Scottish Highlands in September, but the one time I've worn it on the bike, I boiled. Although maybe if the temps start testing freezing I'll try it out again...

  • I really appreciated mine on the commute yesterday! I've not seen the vulpine clone is person, but they market that for being used on the bike. Is it much different (less primaloft maybe?)?

    It's also good at lunch times as it functions well as a normal jacket when grabbing some lunch.

    Which is basically how I feel about the transfer jacket. If you're going to ride hard, you'll boil unless it's baltic out...

    But I do like it. Even if I feel like a poseur wearing it.
