I just ignore mine, no matter how hard she tries - liciking my face, repeatedly tapping my arms, put on the cutest face ever etc, I dont move... it took a while and she still tries now and then, but now she mostly sits quietly next to me until I wake up when I want to. Althought to be fair, Patch us a very quiet cat...
