Saturday morning free again so I'll do my second Wimbledon Common Parkrun and see if I can push myself a little harder this time.
Bit slower, but I blame that on a slower start as it took a while to pick my way through the field to get amongst the people running my speed (need to get better about positioning myself at the start, still worried I might go too far forward and hold up faster people. I'm nice like that).
14min/13min split, will aim for 13.5m/12.5m next time if I can. A frost would be nice to harden up the course as it is very boggy.
80km for November. (Aiming for 120km in December if all goes well).
