Is Toadie still a thing? I've not watched it in 10 years.

Toadie is immortal and Susan Kennedy has more tattoos than Martin Skrtel. Facts.

Odd happenings at WHL - a bunch of co-ordinated pitch invasions by non-footballers in identical clothing. Possibly a Situationist art prank, possibly the Spurs team.

Suggesting lfc lost out on the title due to playing SG last season is disingenuous. He was good offensively but not so hot defensively. That falls on the manager's head...as does the decision to attack a 'weak' cfc when a draw more than sufficed.

Watching little Bobby Soldier trying to score has actually become funny. Poor bloke.

Slippery Stevie G is the only sensible choice for the next Liverpool manager. no one else will command the loyalty of the supporters.Anyone new coming in would have to drop him and that would mean that they would lose the support of the fans and the other players. Only way forward is slippery stevie as player manager.
How the pundits would love it.
How we would all love watching it unravel.

Hasn't it already unraveled?

Meanwhile in Birmingham, Villa players rejoice on hearing Keane has quit.

I would have loved to, but no job at the moment means I've got to hold off on anymore exciting trips abroad. I'm even thinking about selling on tickets until I'm gainfully employed as it's a lot of cash to spend with limited funds. So I'll be watching on tv like most which is already pissing me off.
I've got a basel ticket so I'm going to try and wrangle that though...

I am sure it can unravel more. At least I hope so.

Quite possibly... there's been hints it's getting better followed by an inevitable fuck up

Apparently, Benitez has just bought a new house on the Wirral. He kept his old one from his Liverpool days and his family have lived there ever since. He has, apparently, upgraded. Wonder if this pressages a return. Could he be the one to drop Stevie G? I suspect not. He wasn't able to drop Torres.

He wasn't able to drop Torres.
Was this at Liverpool or Chelsea?
-
• #112842
At Chelsea.
-
• #112843
Oh yeah, that's when he wasn't very good. Has Paolo Bandini written an article on his failed career at Milan yet?

Another snooze fest at the hawthorns.

I was just about to say your lot look OK... Arsenal look shit...

Nobody can complete a simple pass or can be bothered to run.
Hopefully the introduction of Gambia will liven things up. -
