I looked into that a few years ago. Essentially it is stupid because it stores all the bad smells in its base and you need to wear a biohazard suit to clean it. Instead I bought a CatGenie because it is automated and plumbed in so it NEVER smells! I thoroughly recommend it to anyone with a cat. http://www.catgenie.co.uk/
