  • 7.5km this morning to Chelsea Bridge. Felt much harder with yesterday's run in my legs. Had to fight the "fuck it, stop running, get the bike/train or just walk" feelings for quite a bit. No records (no great surprise) but much smugness.

    Will see how it affects 5-a-side football tonight.

    Currently trying to avoid "EAT ALL THE THINGS!" until midday.

    I did my usual run today (15km) with a turbo session from last night in the legs. I somehow did the run faster than usual, and now feel totally fried. Constant cravings for sugary starchy stuff.

    In 48 minutes, it is lunchtime. No later.
