Don't listen to @danb SF, you need specific shoes.
AS IT HAPPENS I have some Speedplay specific Sidi's for sale. 43, and yours shipped for £100 down from £350 RRP :)

I'm tempted to move to speedplay. I think my joints will thank me as my rides get longer. But I hate the idea of adaptors.
So I'd want New shoes too.
This is all horribly expensive.
