The ERD is 592 and it's always been 592... the 450 grams is a bit of a legend... I have never seen any of that imaginary crop... and I've been building them for over 2 years now... they first landed in the UK in the spring of 2012... I built the first around September 2012... the only thing that changed is the grey was light and matt and now it's dark and shiny

Not imaginary. I have two, grey anodised. I weighed them both and they came out at 450g +-2g. I know this because when I built my burls, I weighed everything to satisfy my spreadsheet OCD.

For reference, these were bought in October 2012 from BLB.

Fair enough, but the ERD hasn't changed... if yours are lighter and you say thinner inside, then they should have a lower ERD than the current ones (not higher). On all rims I have always measured 592
