@Mechamorgan as stated above they're initially a little tough to get in and out first but it will come second nature to clipping with the correct force.

How much harder are Track Speedplays to unclip than regular Speedplays? I've just bought some for my tark burk and am now faintly worried that I'm going to have to cling on to railings at the end of a ride to get my feet out.
