I wouldn't say my 'ratatouille' is 'great' but it's cheap and quick.
I cooked our glut of home-grown tomatoes in the microwave, after cutting them up, added Sainsbury's frozen chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables, added olive oil, Italian herb seasoning, salt, pepper and lemon juice, then stirred & zapped in the microwave. -

food hero? we ate at ceviche, soho recently. food was great, if a bit pricey.

Had the regular Shoryu Ganso Tonkotsu.
My ramen club has rated it highly. Better than Bone Daddies and Ippudo.Bun - had the tempura prawns, very very very good batter. Might be the best I have ever had.
