  • Thanks Howard. Having looked at Bikeradar I think I'll go use here instead. Suspect it would go to a better home.

    As for changes, stiffness is a problem but so is the riding position. Because I'm quite stretched out on this, it's causing a lot of vibration and irritation through the perineum. I'm not sure whether my current problems have been caused by cycling but it's definitely not been making it better.

    It's really disappointing as the bike is amazing, incredibly fast up to about 30kph and then very easy to keep it at that speed while cruising along, will be really sad to see it go, not to mention the financial bashing my wallet will take too!

  • I did get a fit before purchase and then when I had it to make sure it was sized correctly and all seemed correct and proper. I've messed with shorter and longer stems, seat position and bar position to see if I could get some relief.

    In the end I think it might be that I just bought a bike that is too aggressive for me to ride comfortably? That and my balls don't like being knocked about on three hour rides.....
