Between my clue (Google is your friend with that one) and KT's it really isn't that hard to work out.
Don't think it needs a more concrete clue.

I Googled the stuff that Fox wrote,. it was from The Cement Garden and then I Googled Premier Inns/Cement Garden and that came up.

Google image search for "premier inn london" found it in about 45 seconds, just have to scroll down a few times and match the picture.
Atonement was also part filmed in Beckton.

As @WillMelling says, the film of The Cement Garden was filmed on that exact spot.
Beckton Premier Inn and the 'Winsor House' Brewers Fayre (sic) are built on the site of Winsor House, aka the concrete house from the film of The Cement Garden.
That line was Charlotte Gainsbourg's best known from the film and was later used by Madonna in the track 'What it feels like for a girl', which I think is from 'Music', but I've not opened my CD cupboard to check :)
I've always thought that if you wanted to build a house that somehow looked evil and a bit wrong you'd be hard pressed to do better.
Good Morning Vietnam was filmed in Beckton too. I'd love to time travel to Beckton in the '80s, it would be fascinating.

Full metal jacket not good morning vietnam,
Silvertown more than beckton too.
Is that the flour mill in the background?
-
• #15769
The boat chase from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade was filmed in Royal Victoria Dock near Beckton too. Not Venice. Beckon.

The grounds of the disused Beckton gas works. Which also features in the opening sequence of For Your Eyes Only.
-
• #15771
Yes, sorry. Both war films set in Vietnam anyway :)
It was Beckton - the gas works, as seen in the background of the picture. They dynamited parts and painted it up with Vietnamese adverts to make it look like bombed Vietnam.

Like Hué actually. We studied Vietnam war photography Larry Burrows ie. in arts A level in the late seventies, if you follow me.

Hmm, there I was thinking it was the Edgware Premier Inn, in a link to Jay Rayner's book "Day of Atonement" that was set up there, further confused by the existence of a hotel in Edgware called the Madonna Halley Hotel ("Not forgetting the excellent bus and tube links that Edgware has for access to central London as well as the surrounding areas").

Some bits of the buildings were still standing a decade ago.
Filming wasn't just at the gas works but along many of the areas. There allegedly were still craters from ww2 bomb damage. But I took that with a pinch of salt.

It wasn't the most pleasant of rides...
See what you did there :)
