Yes 3D 24 will work. So would 3D+. You need BSA30 bottom bracket for 3D+ http://www.velotechservices.co.uk/shop/vclose2.asp?prd=76574&cat=7416002009
3D 24 will work with any Shimano BB thats made for 24mm axles.
