@ltc It's worth having the rear flap attached, even if you just use the shorter one. IIRC it keeps a fair bit of spray of your own rear end, not just the flouro cunt on your wheel.
@chris0 The 3 in each bag should be for attaching the leg part to the main guard - you need 2 to do this, so the 3 included leave you a spare. The shorter screws for the tips/tails should be packaged along with them, and the screws for the leg/stay attachment are already in place IIRC (again).
