I also installed the ota update by side loading to the devices (nexus5/nexus7 2012) took less than 10 minutes each device. Very straight forward process. Nexus 5 seems a lot more stable than previous os. Liking the feel of lollipop. As for the old tired nexus 7 it works just as good as it was with kitkat.
