Oh, I get it now. :) But as I said its not particularly hard to utilize the full amount of BB drop.
Its not that rockers and sliding dropouts aren't possible on Alu and carbon. There is just very few framebuilders that utilize it because it adds cost, complications and a little weight, and if you choose to ride with gears its redundant.
An EBB is an add-on. You buy it seperately. The owner chooses to ride SS and its out of the hands of the framebuilders. Much easier for everyone. -

If you mean a Phil Wood or Exzentriker, then yes.
Traditionally, no.

There are multiple options for BB30 and PF30 frames (of which there are plenty).
Niner Biocentric (PF30), BEER Components (BB30), Problem Solvers (PF30) and Wheels Manufacturing (BB30 and PF30).
You'll have to make do with 24mm spindles but thats not really an issue.A good hard look in this thread will reveal that that is one of the most common solutions when a EBB is used for CX bikes.

Very, very nice man. Awesome job.
How does it ride on the street or is this a strictly a mud and shit affair?
Also, what disc system are you using?

Boltheads hurt my elbows so I usually use small pieces of tape. Must have given up.
Even then, water doesn't really collect in the frame unless I throw it in a lake.
