Got Shifters. They're not 91-94 but there the same design apart from innards. Retro Grouch did an article on these DT shifters and he mentioned the difference between these and the 94 being these have three springs rather than 2 for extra sturdyness.

NOS Headset, Meguiars Cystal Cleaner, Columbus Sticker & Headset Remover in the post so all I needs now is Paint Polish and a polishing wheel and the frame will be ready. Bottom bracket didn't work out after :(. There's a fella up the road who has a NOS Sealed bearing record BB but I have a feeling he doesn't want to sell so I'll have to wait and see.

I have NOS Campag graphite brake levers with NOS white hoods but not sure if I want to sell them, more likely I'll swap them for NOS black hoods...

Paint Polish and a polishing wheel and the frame will be ready
i'd be careful if you intend to polish frame, you could take off original frame clearcoat, (strong sticker remover can do this as well),and this could damage original decor, too much torque on the polishing wheel could also damage decor
just sayin'

Urgh!! If you ever find some nos (and complete) to swap let me know!

just be careful 's alls i'm saying, i had a super pui with a marble effect decor that changed colour in front of my eyes due to too strong cleaning fluid, after crying and swearing off mary jane whilst working, i managed to stabilise eventually

ha! that's situation that would get the blood movin'.
I put up a thread on Mechanics & Fixin' and Mr_B gave me a little advice.
I was wondering if Meguiars Deep Cyrstal Cleaner would damage the paint.
''That product actually describes itself as 'non-abrasive' so perhaps test it on a less critical area, under the BB shell for example.
I doubt there will be any chemicals in a Meguiar's polish that will react badly with your paint.I was told that polishing could damage the clear coat of the original paintwork.
That's precisely how most proper car polish works. It finely scratches through dull flattened clearcoat to reveal a pristine layer beneath. Different grades of polish will have more or less aggressive 'cutting' power. It's very easy to apply too much pressure or use too coarse a polish and burn through the clearcoat to the paint, particularly on non-flat surfaces such as bicycle frame tubes.''
I was reading up also on another website(Mytenspeed) an I got@
''Be very careful with paint work, particularly near painted edges. Painted edges are most common around the frame set's lug work. Too much rubbing or polishing in these very delicate areas can cause the paint to disappear all together. So be careful. And when it comes to the art work, be ten times as careful!''

Basically I just gotta prepare and keep the head when dealing with paintwork.
I'll try get some good detailed pics of the process. Hopefully now it'll be a vast improvement although the paint is in lovely condition as is so I'll see how she goes.

i can't see why you really need to 'polish' the frame per se, i've never done it, in holland you can get a cleaning paste in a green tin called commandant no.3 that works wonders, or a light 't cut then wax polish by hand with a clean cloth

Commander 3 is a very powerful polishing paste, ideal for manually removing overspray and letting shining strongly weathered paint. Commander 3 contains little solvent and silicone-free. The best result is obtained after treatment with 5 Polish Commander, also fine bumps are removed in this way. For a lasting shine and protection is then Commandant 7th Cream Wax guarantor.
Yeah, NOS though
