Erm, I think the difference between google.com and google.co.uk searches is that the google.com results page doesn't show the EU right to be forgotten statement.
If you use the right to be forgotten thing to tell google to stop listing certain pages in the results then it applies to all google domains.

The ruling doesn't specify whether search results from Google.com must be censored.
Google has implemented the right to be forgotten only on EU subdomains / tlds.

Google.com shows zero results for that search.
