  • Believe it or not, eating lots of cheese is actually part or the job and compulsory! If anyone is genuinely interested, then PM me.

  • I'll be on Christmas recess and looking for a few extra pennies. If I had any tastebuds at the moment, I'd jump all over that. I worked on one of the wine stalls at Borough Market over Christmas a few years ago and it was fantastic.

  • oven slow cook prok spare ribs receeps / protipz - hit me up fudthread!

  • Make some piri-piri, chuck your ribs in a bag with it overnight, cook slowly for three hours then turn up for the last half hour so you get a bit of crunch on them... Make as many as you can fit in your oven, they won't last long...

  • sounds good. i have a jar of hoi sin kicking about, might chuck that in. covered to begin with, bit of water in the tray - say an even 160 cent?

come home joe, there's ribs going begging. and a meat fist.

  • Sounds about right... You can't go wrong with ribs...

Just got off the plane, somehow managed pull a muscle in my side... It hurts to do everything...

Tho' I'm always up for a good Friday night fisting...

  • have a drink or eight. you'll feel like a million yen.

  • As I meant it.

  • Yay cheese, I would love to do this for :

    • The cheese eating;
    • Sampling cheeses I would not normally get to know
    • Learning about different cheese, the few times we chatted about cheese I learnt alot from you.
  • Last days of summer and an idle afternoon.

Granulated sugar turned to dust in the thermomix. next egg whites, a frozen banana, frozen blueberries and raspberries were added and blitzed to smoothness. Finally some ice and a few more frozen berries added and further demolished.

Instant sorbet with a slight creaminess from the banana, and a massive proportion of my daily fruit all in one.

  • YOUR a fruit! #etc

  • your a massive proportion.

  • What do I do with a lobster?

  • google lobster recipes

  • What is best to do with a lobster?

  • ..a motorcycle of course!

  • Today, as a post ride meal, I enjoyed this Berliner specialty:

As a semi reasonable human being, I am not one to add ketchup to a hot dog nor to a bratwurst. That said, I enjoyed the Ket(chup)wurst.

  • Just boil it, dont mess with it.

Oh and don't remove the rubber bands until they are dead. Unless you don't like you fingers....

  • Put it, live, in 80 degree water, take off the heat, let it all sit for 20 mins, then take the lobster out. Let em cool, cut in half down the middle, take all the guts out (leave the meat in), crack the claws. Make up a roast garlic/parsley butter, put on top, and stick under a grill. Serve with salad and boiled potatoes.
You can, of course, do a lot more- but that's easy and delicious.

  • Put it, live, in 80 degree water

  • I can see anthropomorphizing animals. Insects, even big water insects, though is beyond the pale.

  • I'll go for a modified version of what LHL suggested - these are already cooked, and frozen. Lidl's finest.

  • Anyone ever eaten a Parmo?

Just watched Munchies and now I really want one!
