can't figure out where to find a cheap octalink bb to fit
What size do you need? I have a few lightly used XT/LX ones in my spares boxe(s).

I put on a square tapered one on for a test ride along with some borrowed wheels, chain and front brake that I didn't bleed very well (tried to use a chicken baster, tubing and tape=bad idea). Really happy with how it rode, easily whipped around technical trails. Will take some pics later today when I clean her up. Size wise its pretty much the same as my med 1fg in the back of the pic below (large in front fits the best at 6"2)

Started trying to rebuild a 97' Beast of the East
stripped the frame and found some nice parts but can't figure out where to find a cheap octalink bb to fit
